Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. The plan keeps working to the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made.
What counts as an audit?
One domain entered and one report produced. If the same domain was audited in the last 24 hours, you get that report back, and it still counts as one audit.
What does fair use mean on Unlimited?
Fair use is 75 audits a day and 1,000 a month. Past that, reports already run stay open to you. The limit exists to stop automated bulk use.
Do you give refunds?
Charges are not refunded, and you can cancel any time so the next one never happens.
Will my price go up later?
No. The price you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as the plan stays active.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is charged once a year at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Your audit allowance still resets every 30 days.
How do I pay?
By card. Card details go straight from your browser to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
