Page checker
Paste any page. See its keyword density, semantic cloud, headings, links, images and structured data, with a score that shows every point. Ten pages a day free, no sign-up.
What the checker reads
Everything comes from one fetch of the page and its robots.txt, the way a search engine's crawler sees it.
Keywords and topic
The top one, two, three and four word phrases with their counts and density, where each one appears, and a semantic cloud of the terms that carry the page.
Title, description and headings
Length in characters and in rough pixels, so you can see what search results will cut. The full H1 to H6 outline, with skipped levels flagged.
Links and images
Internal and external links, nofollow and sponsored tags, empty anchors, missing alt text and images without a set size.
Technical
Status code, redirects, response time, canonical, robots tags, robots.txt, structured data, mixed content and the Open Graph tags behind shared links.
Questions
For the whole site, with backlinks, rankings and a crawl, run a full audit.
Is the page checker free?
Yes. Anyone can check 10 pages a day with no sign-up. Paid plans raise that to 500 a day and add side-by-side comparison and CSV export of the keyword tables.
What is keyword density?
The share of a page's main text taken up by a word or phrase. A two-word phrase used 10 times in 1,000 words has a density of 2%. Menus and footers are left out of the count, because they repeat on every page.
What is the semantic cloud?
The page's most important terms drawn by weight. A word grows with how often it is used, and grows more when it is in the title, the H1 or a subheading. It shows at a glance what a search engine is likely to think the page is about.
How is the page score worked out?
From 24 checks, each worth a set number of points. A pass earns all of them, a check earns half and a fix earns none. Every check is listed with its points and the reason, so nothing is hidden. A page that does not load is capped at 20.
Does it check the whole site?
No, one page at a time. For the whole site, with backlinks, rankings, a crawl and speed scores, run a full audit from the home page.
Do you keep the pages I check?
Yes. Each check is saved so it can be shared by its link. The link is not listed anywhere and search engines are asked not to index it.
